Any student interested in playing a Spring sport please make sure you are registered on BigTeams at: https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/

If you already had a physical exam completed and participated in a previous season (fall and/or winter) the athlete and parent MUST complete the Section 7 recertification form found in the Student Central account.

Sports physicals will be held in the High School Aux Gym on Wednesday, February 19th from 6:00 to 7:30pm. Physicals are $20 and can be paid by cash or check made payable to AHN. Please register for your physical here: https://moonareaspringphysicals.youcanbook.me/

Attached are the Section 5 and 6 forms. You can also download the forms from Student Central as you complete your registration. Please complete and sign section 5 prior to your physical and bring both forms with you. These forms are also available in the athletic office. The first official day of spring sports is March 3rd.
